Adult Coping Skills Therapy Group

​

Are you emotionally overwhelmed? Stop reacting and start regulating. Join us for a collective 8-week group to learn dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) skills to better balance your feelings. We will also share local resources to help empower us and help us navigate life's challenges. 

 

Each session is $15

Meets once a week, every Thursday 530-630p starting March 12, 2026. 

The deadline to register is 3/9/26; limited space available (capped at 8 persons) for 8 weeks.
