Judi is a mental health counselor and has completed a Masters of Mental Health Counseling from Asbury Theological Seminary. She has a Masters of Criminal Justice Administration from Oklahoma City University and Bachelor degrees in Philosophy and Sociology from Central State University in Oklahoma.
Life can be hard. Sometimes we just don’t know where to turn for help. Whether you have tried therapy before or have never sought help, this can be a scary step, but you have taken the first step to be the best person you can be. I have had several careers and life experience that have brought me to become a counselor. I am a certified Spiritual Director and mental health counselor. I am trained to do pre-marital counseling in Prepare Enrich and a Gottman Level II trained therapist. I am also qualified to do EMDR for trauma work as well as families in estrangement. I work in a collaborative, nonjudgmental, and transparent way to meet your goals. Each client needs an individualized treatment geared to their issues and way of living. You can expect a warm, nurturing, nonjudgmental presence with me. I welcome and work with anyone 14 years old and older.
