Dr. Laura Clevenger is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), owner, and clinical director of Family Resources, Inc.  Laura has graduated with her Master's degree in marriage and family therapy from Capella University in 2009 and her Doctorate degree from Capella University in counselor education and supervision in 2015.  Laura also holds a bachelors degree in Music Therapy from Florida State University. She has worked with many populations such as those dealing with anxiety, having relationship issues, and LGBTQ+ folks.  Her current clinical work focuses on relationships and transgender health, but is skilled in many areas of mental health.

Laura has been providing her services for over a decade.  She is a great listener and really gives you the attention and help you need to work through the struggles you are facing. Her empathy and understanding will allow you to say what you need to say without feeling judged or inferior.

She is a clinical member of the American Counseling Association (ACA), the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT), Society for Sexual, Affectional, Intersex, and Gender Expansive Identities (SAIGE), and the Association for Counselor Education and Supervision (ACES).  Dr. Clevenger has completed Gottman Level 3 training.
